To ensure we use the appropriate products and techniques, we follow a multi-step process:

  1. We begin by examining your vehicle, taking note of any scratches or paint defects, and checking for markings inside.
  2. Next, we apply a pre-wash treatment to lift dirt from the bodywork and wheels.
  3. We then rinse down the vehicle and apply snow foam layers from top to bottom.
  4. After the foam has encapsulated the dirt, we rinse it off and move on to the contact wash.
  5. Using high-quality, super-soft mitts, we perform a contact wash to remove any remaining contamination from the bodywork and wheels.
  6. For exceptionally dirty cars, we may need to repeat step 5. Otherwise, we dry the vehicle with towels.
  7. Depending on your plan, we apply polish or wax using our range of products and let it dry before buffing it off for a dazzling shine.
  8. If you’ve chosen an interior package, we thoroughly clean every surface of your vehicle, shampoo the seats, and wipe down the windows inside and out.
  9. We drink the delicious brew you kindly made for us at the start but that we forgot about.
  10. Finally, we tidy up, pack away our equipment, and leave you with a spotless vehicle that looks like it just came out of the showroom.

Utilizing a ceramic coating is an excellent method to safeguard your vehicle’s paint from various types of damaging elements, such as UV rays, road grime, and other harmful contaminants that can cause your car’s paint to appear lacklustre and dirty. Additionally, it makes cleaning effortless, as the dirt adheres to the coating rather than the paint.

To tackle upholstery stains and odors, we utilize a three-step process. Initially, we apply a pre-treatment spray to break down the stain. Following that, we use a wet vacuum to extract the stain and ultimately treat the area with a protective solution.

When it comes to odors, we use a professional-grade chemical blend and an ozone machine to eradicate unpleasant smells and bacteria from the air. This treatment is comprehensive and may take some time to complete.

I do have several restrictions for safety and insurance purposes when working on a customers vehicle. I will not valet a vehicle which is parked on the side of a busy road (20mph or more) or if it is on a private-owned car park. I am not allowed to work on site at airfields either. Some places will require permission to be granted before arrival and it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure this is in place before I arrive. I will not be held responsible for any fines, clamps, tow charges or parking fees if these were to occur and you will need to reimburse us for these charges if permission is not granted.  Apart from this, we can work on your car at home or your place of work, whichever is easier for you.
