Hello,

Thank you so much for booking with us again! You might be wondering why we have a pre-payment policy, and I’m happy to give you some insight.

Last year, Rinse Works Mobile Valeting faced over £6,000 in losses due to customers not being home or answering their phones when we arrived. This meant our hardworking mobile valeters didn’t get paid, which affected their ability to cover their bills. It’s tough for them when cancellations or reschedules aren’t communicated in advance. Imagine showing up to work and being told you wouldn’t be paid – it’s a difficult situation.

Another reason for our pre-payment policy is to prevent issues with non-payment after a service. There have been times when, after spending 2-5 hours on a car, customers didn’t pay. We’ve even had to take three customers to small claims court – and we won. This policy helps protect our business from situations like these.

We understand that some people may not agree with this policy, but it’s something we need to maintain. If you don’t feel comfortable with pre-paying or have concerns, we completely understand and kindly ask that you don’t book, as our availability is limited each week.

If you need to cancel your booking, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to issue a full refund. This notice period helps us fill your spot. If it’s less than 48 hours, we’ll do our best to reschedule, but please note that a full refund may not be possible, as it’s harder to fill last-minute cancellations.

At Rinse Works Mobile Valeting, our valeters are highly trained and dedicated to providing a 5-star experience. To keep offering this level of service, we need to ensure our team’s financial stability.

We’ve been proudly serving over 3,000 customers for more than four years. If you have any concerns, feel free to check out our social media pages and Google reviews to see our track record!

Thank you for taking the time to understand our pre-payment policy. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Best regards,
The Rinse Works Team
